“We got almost everything we needed for my daughters birthday from here. And there was a member of staff who went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Also the lady on the till was so lovely. Excellent value for money especially on the iced coffee selection! That made my day. Definitely worth a visit if you're on a budget”

“A shop that we sometimes use for a big shop as we can have our purchases delivered after selecting the items ourselves. At the checkouts you can ask for home delivery then pick a convenient delivery time if one is available. Seeing as my wife usual deals with the delivery side of it I don't know if there is a charge unless you spend a certain amount.Definitely not everything can be bought at the shop that we use as space is limited, but they have opened a warehouse type store, not surprisingly called The Food Warehouse. Only visited that store once so not really able to comment on that store too much. Seems like the smaller shop just having a lot more on off, many items freezer related of course.”

“A small store of the large Iceland network.This store is quite small but carries a wide range of products, many are frozen and are of generally excellent price and quality.They have many deals like the three for £10 they are all colour coded and you can see them advertised through out the store.There is an excellent public transport service for example EYMS 154, 63, 255 and 350.There is a small carpark close to the store with parking for the disabled.Staff freindly and helpful, and assist if needed with packing.This store sells alcohol and vape products.Well worth a visit but look out for the deals”

“I always get the same things and they are always available. The Assistant at the Till asked if I needed bags and was pleasant too. So easy to get in and out quick too.”
“Only popped in for a few freezer items and I got front row viewing of the shopping centre security guards arguing with a pa3dophile who had been walking around giving bouquets of flowers to schoolgirls. The security guards publicly humiliated him while questioning him and then reported him to the police before escorting from the premises with his 2 flower bouquets and bag of frozen chicken he was able to pay for while being questioned. Easily my most memorable Iceland experience ever.”
“Branded products that are cheaper than some supermarkets. Some of the products are unknown brands but on the whole whole they are sometimes better than the branded ones. The only downside to Herons is it is nearly always difficult to park.”

“Well stocked store, with varieties of products. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This store is one of the best if not the best. The prices would make you buy more than you need?? e.g 2.4kg chicken drumsticks go for £4.5 while 3 of them go for £10. It is a place to go when you want to stock the fridge and freezer. I would recommend the store over and over again.”
“I absolutely love shopping in M& S food halls, the produce are amazing. Okay it may cost that little bit more but it's special, all from trusted farmers. The fresh chickens are guaranteed to be "welfare" reared and not the disgusting 15 day life birds. I find all the meat products to be of quality and you always seem to come across something that you can't find elsewhere. Then at the end of your shop you've got the delightful opportunity to experience the wonderful café, which should not be missed”

“An impressively affordable store which offers a reasonably wide array of items, from food to housecleaning products, to gifts and other things inbetween. The location is also very ideal, as it is right on Prospect Street. Staff were quite polite, and I can say I had an overall nice shopping experience here.”
