Brilliantly set up plenty of room to move around shelves well stacked and fridges full

Opening at 11am on a Sunday, especially two weeks before Christmas! Are you serious?!The morning has all but finished by then.Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely furious in this day and age where people can?t afford things as it is, such as day to day items, and you buy something for somebody with love as a present out of the little money you have and then it ends up that you get robbed by an already money grabbing and greedy business because their stores are too slow to update their all so special club card prices in store and hire people who have no idea what they?re doing. THANK YOU TESCO FOR BEING AS INCOMPETENT AS YOU ARE GREEDY, GOLF PLAYING CORPORATE SUITS WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE TO STRUGGLE TO PAY FOR FOOD AND CLOTHING. I wonder how many people you?ve conned?

No issues with the groceries, but we?ve recently had an issue with a coat bought from Tesco F&F. There was a clear manufacturing defect where one of the arms of the coat had split at the seam, with the rest of the coat being in very good condition. When I went to customer services I was informed that defects must be reported within 30 days of purchase. After that, regardless of whether you have a receipt you have no recourse for replacement, refund, or store credit. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods should last for a reasonable time. I would personally not consider 30 days the limit of ?reasonable? for a coat. Discussing this with Tesco online they told me to go back to the store and speak to the duty manager. I?m not doing this, the store is not local, and I already got told no by 3 people at Tesco, one of which was quite rude about it.So I?m done trying to get Tesco to do the right thing, but I?m also not going to purchase anything from F&F any more. It?s probably not all poor quality, but some of it is, and if something goes wrong Tesco seem to have put in place some pretty aggressive policies to stop people getting a replacement or refund. I would suggest people consider shopping at places that care about their customers and their reputation.

My friend and I visited the cafe today , I must say how disappointed we were. The tables and the floor where dirty stains and rubbish all around. It took 20 minutes to get served because the person was on their own . My friend went to use the ladies but was told it was out of use but members of staff were seen using it.The ladies toilet in the main shop was also dirty not a very nice experience. Please sort this out Tesco it?s such a shame that the standards have slipped so much .

It's Tesco, there isn't much more to explain. If you are after a"big shop" then you can get everything here, or if you are after a few little bits then you can grab them too.If you are wanting to park in the car park, you can spend £5.00 or more and that will give you 2 hours free parking. This means you have plenty of time to do a bigger shop and get everything you need

There more variety of products than normal Tesco. But not every till can pay for the Apple gift card. I have wasted my time on one of the tills and need to joint another line.

Very poor customer service. My 17-year-old son has just moved into the area after leaving home two weeks ago to start an apprenticeship. He his now trying to make his own way in life 250miles from his home and family. He needed a charger for his iPhone so he purchased one from Tesco Extra. He took it back to his place and when he plugged it in, it didn?t work.He returned to the store with the faulty charger and the receipt for either a replacement or a refund. The Tesco assistant refused to help saying that it was ´his fault that the charger was broken?.I?m sure that if I (middle-aged man) requested a replacement, the assistant would have obliged.I may be making assumptions, but it seems that he was ?fobbed-off? because of his age.I have now lent him money for a replacement but on his return home, I will be visiting my local Tescos with the charger and receipt.Totally unacceptable.I will be avoiding Tescos in the future.

Great store, Nice staff, Wide selection.

Got all I wanted. The layout is easy to follow with a wide selection of goods. I prefer to use the self service tills as I am a little slow to pack and this avoids holding up the queues. The store is clean and bright, staff friendly and helpfull.

Shambolic - none of the stuff that should work does and the store is in very poor condition... Want to scan as you shop? Sorry, the handsets don't unlock and the staff aren't equipped with the knowledge to fix them. Want a trolley or basket to put your shopping in? Tough. They're all strewn across the car park and you can't get them up to the store because the travellator is broken. Don't expect any help from customer service because they're powerless to do anything and won't validate your parking when you decide to cut your losses and try a better supermarket "because you haven't spent anything". Avoid.

For the third time in recent weeks today, there were no trolleys available in the store. Some were abandoned around the carpark but the travelator was broken so there was no way to get them up. However, the travelator has been working on past visits and still there have been no trolleys. I asked at customer services if any were on the way, and I was told that they were being taken faster than they could collect them and I just had to wait. After some waiting I realised I did not have time to stand around for much longer, so I asked if I could have a parking voucher so I could go to another supermarket, but they couldn't/wouldn't give me one without spending anything - even though I couldn't do my shop without a trolley. It's a handy way to hold customers hostage despite terrible service. When I eventually got a trolley, the self-scan handsets were not working and would not release. A staff member assured me that they were working, but when he came to help he also couldn't work out the problem and just said I would have to go through a till. The rest of the shop was in its usual state of chaos, with missing products, empty shelves and a surprisingly poor selection for such a big store. The toilets were filthy, with no toilet paper, broken dispensers and broken door locks. This store needs some serious support or investment from head office, because standards and equipment are in a horrific state. I will be avoiding it in future - these problems are not unfortunate one-offs, but have now become the norm for this store.
