Young girl in shop was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she is a credit to the company. We bought one of the electric chairs which was ideal for an elderly relative. Cannot rate this business highly enough. Very pleased.

Bought my sofa from here 2 years ago. Brilliant company and still love my sofa, great quality, had no problems whatsoever and always get lots of compliments. Didn't like the feet it came with (although I chose them, they didn't get on with the hard floors, creaked a bit when we sat down as castors) they came out and swapped them no problem, great customer service. Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had our suite delivered this afternoon and we absolutely love it, perfect colour and as Donna may remember I nearly changed my mind but so glad we didn't, staff and delivery drivers were so lovely and friendly, Iwould definitely recommend you to anyone.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents Mr & Mrs Laughton. They have recently taken delivery of 2 new sofas after being repeat customers of Upholstery Designs for over 30 years. They are delighted with the sofas which are excellent quality & finish as always. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Ian & Brett for the removal of their old sofas too. Had my new sofa and swivel chair delivered today. The 2 young men put my old sofas in the garage for us, before bringing in new ones. Could not rate them highly enough very friendly and efficient 5* from us.
