Machine buttons don't work machine.s are old and dated no t.v working and staff don't mix with customers apart from that not very good experience

William hills do not honour there betsHad a bet at William hill and askedIf I had wrote out the bet right as not done a forecast tricast bet for a long time and the lady behind the counter said it was correct so I placed the bet bearing in mind that it is on camera in there shopNow the tricast didn't come in but the forecast did and when I went to claim the bet a lady at the side of her said there's nothing to claim so I told I placed a combination forcast and tricast bet and the forecast bet came in she I had wrote it on the wrong slip and that it was just for tricasts so I explained that I had ask the lady behind the counter and she told me that the bet was alright and she turned to her and said yes I thought it was put they still wouldn't honour the bet so William hill are nothing but thieves don't go there don't bet there and remember they only want to steel your money

Won?t recommend win £140 than me machine crashed than told can?t do anything won?t recommend going not helpful staff at all
