Sadly this pharmacy has gone downhill fast. Twice now my prescribed medication has not been in stock, they never answer the phone when I am forced to keep checking with them when my medication will be in stock again.

Never answer phone calls anymore and has gone from a nice little chemist to a really bad one in a matter of weeks!!!!!

The service here is always consistent. Friendly staff, as others have also stated. Even with staff shortages, I can put up with a wait if there is one. If I was younger I would perhaps have applied for the job vacancy there.

Very efficient friendly pharmacy service.Staff always helpful when ordering items on phone for others to collect. Lucky to have such a nice chemist in Battle.
