Working through all possible causes didn't prove fruitful. “Had a bit of a wait as there was a queue which is unusual, but it was OK and when it was my turn, I was dealt with efficiently, as always and the cashier apologied for the delay.”

“This is the branch I prefer to use in my district. The only thing is waiting times are lengthy as it seems to be always busy. The service when it's your turn is very good which is why I return here. They have a branch mobile phone but answering the calls and responding is a bit hit and miss. This is a management and operations issue in my opinion. The staff are constantly heads down helping customers.”
