The worst boots ever staff are complete and utterly retards . It took them 12 days to get my prescription and I still haven't gor it. I'm type 1 diabetic insulin dependent in 2 years they have got my prescription right twice do not use boots if value customer care our any sort of service cause it will not happen . How can a pharmacy be this bad . The staff don't give a monkeys especially the manager. And have even tried charging me for prescription I do not pay for

The pharmacist at this chemist has been so helpful, she listened, noted my upset and was really kind going out of her way to give me options in terms of the medication available. In a time where GP?s are unavailable I?m so grateful to her and the time she gave me.

Always a queue. Lucky if it's not going all the way outside. The staff are doing their best but it's slow, understaffed, disorganised. It's pharmacy is too small for the number of patients and they are Overwhelmed most days. Shelves often bear including the prescription medication. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work there and face all these problems and unhappy customers.

Today is Saturday. Had a prescription to pick up so I checked thex website. Yes open till one. So I cycle here rather than drive because the parking is so bad. Ot dressed upvwarm abd cycled the 1 mile or so . Got there to find a piece of paper stuck to the door informing us the pharmacy is closed all day. Meanwhile the lights were on and people were in there working. Thanks Boots for letting me know.

Not sure what is going on with this pharmacy. The queue is out of the door and can take up to an hour queuing to collect a prescription, and even then you may not get what you need as not in stock. Not the staffs fault, but Boots you need to sort it out. I?ve put in a complaint to Boots but fallen on deaf ears. I?m changing chemist even though this is my nearest and opposite my GP surgery. A shame as never had an issue before Covid, and it?s getting worse.

I arrived here at 8.50 this morning to find a queue of 12 people queuing outside. I had another appt at 9.15 so decided not to wait. I went back again at 9.40 and waited and waited and the queue hardly moved at all. Again I couldn?t wait. Something is clearly very wrong here. A man in front of me said he had written to complain about three weeks ago and nothing had happened. There is definitely a staffing problem with no senior supervision. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely appalling!!!!!

3 time today I have visited this branch and the que out the door is diabolical... I have waited 35min to get inside and still have 4 people infromt of me.. I haven't even asked for my partition. This is ridiculous there are old vulnerable people standing in the hot sun... thought you gave your name and waited aside of given a time much more time effective..

Good for the basics, flu jabs etc but you are waiting so long every single time as they simply do not care about the queues or if you are waiting to be served. I've walked out before when they've taken so long to come to the counter and I've been the only one in the shop.

Seems ok. Sometimes get extra items in prescriptions, that I don't need. I think that might be something to do with the useless surgery across the road though.
