Halfords Bexhill fitting and set up a dash cam.I purchased a dash cam and opted for them to fit it as well. The only issue was their system which kept asking me to come in and collect the parts that were being fitted. Spoke to them and they told me to ignore it and confirmed I was booked in for fitting.Arrived dash cam fitted, on the ignition circuit, all cables hidden set it up and helped me load the app to the camera. A perfect job quick and easy. Thank you Callum.

The bike team upstairs, have always been extremely helpful and approachable.Come to think of it, the whole of the Bexhill team are brilliant,, they are always happy and considerate when ever my family or myself pop in. Nothing is every any trouble and they always go out of their way to assist.Great asset to Halfords.

The whole enjoyment of my purchase was spoilt by the difficulty found after I found one component missing, there were only 3 of the required 4 of an item in the sealed box as purchased. I tried to phone the branch at which I collected the item. The call was redirected to a call centre where a recorded gravelly but clear voice directed me through the options. After a short delay I was directed to an operator on a low volume low quality line whose mother tongue was not English. I had all the necessary reference numbers to hand but she seemed to be out of her depth and struggling with the issue. Parts of the conversation had to be repeated because of the quality of the line. In the end she said I would need to take the item back to the store, an action I should have started with and required a 16 mile round trip.

Update:Thank you to the review team for getting back to me yesterday. My review for the heated car seat massager stands - the item really is dreadful. However, Sasha at Halfords Bexhill was professional and friendly; taking the time to listen to me and record details of the issues, before sorting out a refund for me.The item still gets 2 stars, however Sasha and the review team get 5 stars for customer service.Review left 9th January 2024:My previous car massager stopped suddenly and I urgently needed a replacement. I'd like to say I like my new Halfords car seat... but I don't! It is far too short in the back; the massagers don't reach anywhere near the shoulder or neck area. It's all concentrated in the middle of your back and on your thighs. The noise of the massager is ridiculously loud; the cord to the control buttons is ridiculously short; the elastic straps and the flimsy plastic clips don't attach to anything easily (string is needed to keep it vaguely on the car seat), and the whole unit is very disappointing. My recommendation would be not to waste £44 buying this poor quality car massager.

Paul Arnold rang to let me know he was on the way half an hour before arriving, replaced my completely dead battery quickly and efficiently. Thank you, and much more competitively priced than my garage had quoted me, with no need to move the car before replacing the battery. Great service from the 'Tyres on the Drive' part of Halfords
