“Went into Bexhill store today to collect am item. The lady who served me asked if I had used the app to order. I said I had. She then asked if I had got my discount on offer. I said no. She said don't worry I will refund it to you then re order and I can apply the discount via your phone app. She went a country mile out of her way to help me and save me money. I thanked her for her exemplary service. I will be using them much more in the future if this standard of service continues. Well done young lady see you again soon ?”
