Poor service. How can it take 4 days to order a prescription drug that has been sent through from the doctor?s surgery? Surely when the prescription arrives someone checks the stocks and orders accordingly? Training on how to manage the process is indicated - it?s just mouse click?Add that to the atrocious attitude of the staff when questioned on the length of time taken - clearly training for customer facing staff is sorely lacking. Come on Boots get a grip! It?s not rocket science to get this right!

The most loveliest lady called (Juno) I think that?s how she said it, I?m terrible with make up and she helped me so much choosing the perfect tinted moisturiser for when I go to Thailand, thank you she deserves a well done for how lovely and helpful she was.

The pharmacy is terrible, I ended up leaving. Very unhelpful service, It is not fit for purpose as a central city pharmacy.

The pharmacy counter needs a shake up. Queued 30 minutes to hand in a prescription and queued another 20 minutes to pick it up. I don't mind queuing to hand it in, although that could be improved, but they do need to have an express 'pick up ONLY' system. Having so many sick people standing in one place is not a good idea. You need to improve the way you provide the service.Update Dec 2023. Nothing has improved in service delivery accept they now avoid eye contact so to not have to apologise for the wait. They have a sign up saying they won't tolerate any form of bad behaviour towards them, but that works both ways. They need to adjust the tone in how they speak to us....short blunt conversation...not helpful considering the business they are in. Maybe a 'wellbeing ' course might help them soften their tone and assist in the words they use. Still queued twice...just to pick up my prescription.

I would like to say a special thank you to Jodie on the Chanel stand who helped me to choose a selection of make up gifts earlier today. Jodie is friendly, and approachable while being super professional. She is a godsend for us last minute shoppers as I left with all of my purchases beautifully gift wrapped. Thanks again Jodie ??

Went into the store Churchill Square yesterday to buy the new starry lipstick. The no 7 expert !! had no idea what I was talking about and pointed me to go upstairs but it was right in front of me and I pointed this out, she shrugged her shoulders and said she did not know anything about this product , terrible service

It's a big old Boots. It's relatively well stocked and staffed. Generally OK, I think. I haven't had to use the pharmacy yet.

I mean, it's a Boots. XD It is a large store to be fair, so lots of choice. Helpful pharmacy and GP practice upstairs. 7/10
