staff were super rude wouldn?t serve glass bottles to RESIDENTS

Rude staff blanking the customers whilst they shout and swear at each other on their headsets. Many people in the area dislike this store because of the staff, it's only 3 of the staff who are to blame and when they are on the place is a mess and they are so rude. Definitely needs a new manager they must lose so much money from people walking out and the Junkies just walking out with stuff because the staff are too busy throwing things at each other and laughing to notice. Wake up Co-Op head office :(

This is a handy store, expensive but that's what you'd expect from a convenience store. However people need to know that the place closes at 10 on Mondays and Tuesdays (despite the window clearly stating 11pm closing) and has done so for at least two years. That the company actually "confirmed" the misleading hours on here recently makes me wonder how legit it is that this place regularly closes inconveniently early.

Mad expensive. Deals selling at normal price. Scanners blocked by Covid screens. Self service have those horrible cctv screens pointed at you, not very disability friendly.

Member prices are twice as expensive as everywhere else.

I get bakery items here, i also do the lottery here. And they have a paypoint so can top up my gas and electic cards here. And they have a bus stop outside, which is handy.

Good range of products. Self-checkouts are temperamental. Prices are high.

Queues are never bad, it?s well-organised, staff are nice, but you can?t rely on it being well-stocked. If you want to make a curry, for example, don?t bank on staple fresh herbs and ingredients (parsley, thyme, coriander, garlic, ginger, chilli peppers) being in stock, or even on the availability of their own-brand cereals

The most friendly store on st James's street, i go in to this store 3-4 times a week, the staff are always friendly & helpful which incl. The security guy who always says hello on entry. Keep up the good work guys & have a empty box for my next visit as i don't like carrier bags because my groceries (biscuits) get broken. Lol

I am a regular customer for several years up to 3 times a day and I have never met any team members that aren?t respectful or smiling. Today, in the evening I needed something so I had to ask someone working in there if they could help me. His name was Alex and his reaction to my question was extremely frustrating because he was very agressive and he did care at all. I would suggest to train the team members that aren?t engaged to their responsibilities or aren?t qualified for working with customers. I am completely pleased with everyone else but specifically in his case I was unsatisfied because the shop was completely empty and his lack of interest is completely inappropriate.
