Terrible management. Waited 1 hour in shop as only 2 of 3 staff members were dealing with people. The staff then took care of somebody who arrived after me, effectively letting them skip the queue. Store Manager "Dan" was then helping out his junior colleagues while dealing with me. Made me want to change phone provider. Terrible.

Had to wait 30minutes to get a sim replacement and it wasn't busy, though they had 3 customers and 2 staff members. The procedurewas unpleasant , to take photo like I'm at a police check after I already gave my ID and phone number.The staff looked confused on who to help me and switched between other customers. Been left alone by the young lady right after she gave me my sim card and went away to take a phone call then she came back telling me to leave a good review of 5*. 1* is the maximum I can leave for the experience. Disturbing was other customer(older man) giving me weird looks and some dubious people were wandering around.

First impressions last. walked in. Conversation negative from start. Like talking to me and doing job too hard. Woman kept sliding her finger up her nose. Picking it and rubbing it on her trouser. Way her accent was she sounded like she was from a council estate.
