Home & Company is owned and managed by Julie Gibson and Loretta Harrison.
We have worked together for the past twenty years. We previously owned and ran a national organisation which promoted best practice across health and social care through training, events and publications. We also have experience of working in the NHS and voluntary sector.
In 2012 we both experienced the social care system for ourselves, finding help for members of our own family. It left us feeling that there could be more choice in home help and home care. We wanted a different sort of home help and home care service, and so Home & Company was born.
