Was so happy that we have a Nando?s closer to us than going to the marina.It?s decorated well and nice and spacious inside, it wasn?t too busy as was a Friday lunchtime but still a nice atmosphere.Food was yummy as always and we didn?t have to wait too long.Overall we will definitely be coming back ?

Warm welcome when we arrivedFood was usual Nandos good standardIt was fairly quiet but it was a Monday night. I would visit again if I was ever in Brighton again.

Recently visited this nandos. I had to leave a review after receiving immaculate service. I was particularly impressed with one staff member named Bonny.She was incredibly kind and caring, looking after customer needs, all done with an amazing smile.Would recommend to everyone

I am a huge fan of Nandos so was excited to visit this new one! We were greeted by Joseph who gave us a very warm welcome and let us have the nice booth table, he was very kind in letting us know where everything was situated and was just overall very personable and friendly! The atmosphere was very calm, good music and not too busy (2pm) The service was very quick and the servers were very attentive which always makes all the difference. Really nice experience ? we will be back!

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals arrived in good time. The garlic bread was a bit over cooked but not enough to complain about and my side salad was dull, lettuce, cucumber, tomato but no dressing. That was poor value I think. Otherwise a good visit,,, thank you

I killed two birds with one stone here and tried out two new Nando's things today.Using the Nando's mobile phone app, I chose which branch - interestingly, Goldstone Park, Hove could deliver to my home address fastest, in 25 minutes or I could collect in 20 minutes from the fairly newly opened London Road branch, and since I was sitting outside a coffee shop almost across the road, that was my choice, chose the 'double breasted chicken in a kinda crusty roll' sandwich and one side of some peri-peri chips, ordered and paid through the mobile app, and got a notification for my pick up tome in twenty minutes.Ten minutes later I went in, great open spaces, some bendy seating to slow down customer walking speed whilst not impeding staff, optimal seeming accessibility, in and out, booths and tables lining the walls and always that curving corridor/archway in every Nandos, what's down there? Place looks great.Friendly smiling member of staff immediately recognising that I'm either lost or going to order eight whole chickens on a spit (and a diet coke) does the hello, can I help? Doesn't bat an eyelid when I whip out my phone and mumble about new to the app and collecting, he knew exactly what was what, invited me to take a seat and asked for an order reference, 'dun dun durn', yep, not a problem, this time he called me by my name so some screen somewhere had confirmed my identity, order, reference, no table required as takeaway, collection time and that no in-store payment was required, no fuss whatsoever.Nice bag that I'll have to repurpose into using for taking someone a birthday present in or something, nice containers with stickers on within, salt and pepper sachets, and a couple of fit for purpose napkins, that can wipe your cheek/chin/mouth as required without disintegrating, all very just so, right on brand, la-di-da, and I couldn't have had a better experience either with a mobile phone app - simple, intuitive, user friendly, easily understood interface, format and progression, 10/10 and this from the guy who just uninstalled the o2 mobile app (again) because the national telecommunication company has an absolutely awful, buggy, frustrating, unhelpful, circular AI assistant led chat support mobile app user experience it may as well be a tin can on a piece of string, the Nando's app is great.Service in branch was just brilliant, i know it was a midweek lunchtime, but I hope that the staff keep it going well into the cold dark October Friday nights when the 600 new uni student gen z freshers on the four floors above are all indoors, drunk, and ordering deliveries to the front desk on the other side of the new Starbucks,I've got a feeling that they're going to be fine, we'll, they'd better be, because as yummy, thick, juicy, plump, tasty, hot and flavoursome my lunch was, it was still an eleven pound chicken in a crusty roll, but I suppose we're probably still paying the marketing design agency fees for all those geometric takeaway boxes, rolls of stickers for a million different things and of course, all those millions of glass bottles of more than thirty different own brand, lightly slightly flavoured, different scoville scale heat level profiled reggae reggae, oh no, I mean, peri peri sauce bottles that I bet will end up in the local landfill, the Channel shipping lanes and a local independent hipster upcycling chandelier maker's workshop in a 50/40/10 percent ratio.Excellent venue, excellent service, excellent quality, still a bit annoyed with the price.

Amazing service, waited a while for my food so the kind manager gave me a brownie to apologise. I always appreciate good service. Food was incredible too

Me and my partner came in and ordered at the same time, we ordered separately but his came and then there was a half an hour wait for mine. They did apologise for slow service but then a guy across the table came in after us and got his before mine. I understand it is busy but they literally had like 20 plates under the light at the kitchen waiting to go out 30+ minutes. It?s just not very nice when you come out for a meal with your partner and he ends up finishing his before your meal comes. Seemed a bit unorganised!

Seated downstairs, drinks machine fault flat tasteless coke had to go upstairs for drink each time, food was slow for a Nandos an from years ago very expensive so not the best

I am a Nando's loyalty customer. The food never seem to disappoint. Really cheap and quality never fails. Nando's is one of my favorite restaurants in Brighton

Absolute terrible experience ..3 times had to send our food back as Stone cold..saw our food ready to be brought out 15 minutes later still there..said chios were cold as was the cob...took plate back gave me new chips cob still cold..went to eat chicken Stone cold..not just our food sent back 2 other tables.could understand if the restaurant was busy but pretty quiet.if the young lady cooking spent less time on her phone and concentrated on her job maybe less food would of been sent back.After sending it back on the 3rd time we requested a refund which was not queried at all.

great tasting chicken and nice spice and I love this mashed potatoes and the garlic bread ain't too bad, most of all I love how they have a concrete sink where you can wash your mouth and hands, very traditional
