“Cannot praise the staff enough! My husband ran out of a needed medication. They kept checking for the prescription all afternoon and gave us a heads up when it hadnt arrived half an hour before closing. We chased the prescription but assumed we would have to wait until the next morning. 40 mins after their closing time, there was a knock on our door and they delivered the medication with a big smile and dismissal of our grateful thanks. An impressive service.”

“Great little pharmacy, some of the general products are overpriced so I’d suggest getting things like deodorant from a supermarket.This place held our DPD package for collection, I was slightly confused since it is right opposite a Post Office, but either way they simply scanned our barcode and gave us our package.Situated just off Dyke Road and right next to Nok Nok which does amazing Thai food.”

“Have always had a good experience at this pharmacy, and today I was so sad to see a customer being rude to the staff who were trying their absolute best to please him and do their job. Despite being spoken to so rudely, the team continued to be so friendly and apologetic to the other customers waiting and delivered great service. I work in hospitality so really felt for the woman who was dealing with this particular customer as I know how challenging it can be when you are doing your absolute best but customers let their frustration out on you. Whole team are always friendly and efficient and a trip there always ends up being a pleasure!”

“Being in a superstore, it generally has a large selection of over the counter products and own brand medications, so you have a really good value for money. It does not offer a delivery service and there is no seated waiting area. However, generally speaking, most people will be looking to shop anyway, so a recommended tactic is to go there first, then come back when you are almost done. Pharmacy section looks good since the refitting although still suffers a bit from being cramped within the middle of two aisles.”
