“Wonderful service with great professionalism and efficiency. Really reasonable costs involved and would highly recommend Concorde Mailbox for anyone. The service is very secure and easy to access. In addition Allen and Stephen are really friendly and lovely people and it is always nice to see them when we pick up our post. 10 out of 10.”

“These guys are amazing. Friendly and great customer service . A joy to have a shop like this locally . During COVID lockdown they had plenty of stuff other shops didn’t have. Always good to support local business!”

“The lady who served me was absolutely delightful. Sending returns is usually a boresome task but this time it put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Probably the best service I've ever recieved and in a post office of all places! This will definitely be my regular from now on”

“lady at the checkout was nice. Freddos were a bit overpriced I must say. However - 10/10 would shop again. Monsters aren't stale. JAMMIE DODGERS! (The biscuit, not the staff.)”

“Always knowledgeable and friendly. Opening hours are amazing. Can't help but think a few of the salty reviews are by people that still think they are able to talk to retail staff like dirt (as witnessed on several occasions in here). Peace and love ❤️”

“I almost gave you a negative review... I think I know why. You guys are probably getting bad reviews from the Post office at 7 Hollingbury place in Hollingdean! I suggest you look into it because their service is shockingly bad. They have also hidden themselves with some SEO tricks online probably because they already now how bad they are. When I searched for "post office in Hollingdean, the Dip' google it took me to your details only after writing and uploading my review did I realise it was the wrong post office. I've fixed my mistake and directed my review and concerns at them. I have been in your post office before and the service has been absoloutley fine and the ladies where really nice in there. I might start using you guys instead of the one in Hollingbury place. Despite them being round the corner from me. I hope this helps and see you soon!”

“Always loved it. Convenient, free to park outside, helpful staff and usually (unless there is a queue of course), very quick too. The view while you wait is a bonus, in addition to the fact that you can now buy F&B, and greetings cards.”

“Very friendly and helpful, explaining to me how to send a parcel here. I'm not from the UK so needed some help. This is my second time here and the same friendly woman helped me again. Thank you ?”

“We need to highly value the service these hard workers bring to our lives. I support them in their industrial action - and we need to have patience during this busy time of reduced service. I would urge the government to adjust their income accordingly”

“I really love this shop, the people who own it are really lovely honest people. However during the Covid pandemic most news agents only allow two people in there shop at a time.Sammy's is not following the social distancing guidelines. With 10 people in a tiny shop at one time. I really ask you to properly follow the guidelines you cant have that many people in the shop at one time its really not ok.people in the store really don't respect your space at all, people come really close to you and don't give you space to move past them. Its a really stressful experience shopping there during the pandemic.”

“Was here in middle of July 23 right after the Albion Hotel fire. Very tinny space and a big queue but don't let that full you. The service was faster than my local Post Office. Also the lady at the cash register by the door was calling for people to go to her because she also dealed with mail! Very fast, experienced and informative staff - that's what I tought about it. Recomend.”

“Kerry at the post office has given me the best experience possible when renewing my passport, as an autistic person it's really overwhelming she was welcoming ,chatty and answered all my questions. When my passport arrived I thought the photo was damaged my mum who is friends with Kerry rang the office and we exchanged numbers so I could send her a picture so I didn't need to travel for an hour to show them. Turns out my picture is fine for travel and I'm now confident to travel with it. Thanks so much Kerry ?”

“Normally quite apprehensive going to this Post Office as the other reviews suggest, it's usually a bit of an ordeal. But I was pleasantly surprised. 3 x staff behind the counters so the queue was moving fast. Self checkout only waited a few minutes. Man working the self checkouts had a lot of customers with different needs and he helped everyone quickly and was incredibly polite.”

“My favourite Post Office in Brighton area and I used Post Offices a lot. They are always helpful and efficient, they accept pre pay Royal Mail drop off without drama, they accept large Parcel Force parcels again without drama and they are always friendly and pleasant about it. You wouldn't believe that at some Post Offices you get attitude from the staff for dropping off your Parcel Force parcel if it is large, OK it's heavy and bulky and I can understand it a bit, but it's Parcel Force that say it is OK to drop it off there.”
