Big mens department, with plenty of changing rooms. Clothes not the cheapest on the street but these are slightly different and have the quality.

Very bad customer service, label on the item I bought had the wrong price on it 35.99 instead of 45.99, I was told, don't know why, I queried it, a manager called Ed appeared, the most unsmiling person you can imagine, no eye contact no apology nothing, one of the most appalling customer service you can imagine!!All of them with the most surly face I have seen in a shop....

Rather dishevelled and much too topsy-turvy for an upmarket store; much more effort could be made to make the place more appealing and respectable. There were clothes all over the floor,with evidently little attempt made to tidy up. I actually picked one up off the floor myself. 'Up the ante',guys!Got what we wanted in the end,though. Queue moved swiftly, too.

Appalling customer service and returns policy! They don?t deserve to be in business! I just went into store to return 2 Christmas presents as unfortunately they were slightly too large. I tried to choose something in the store but unfortunately nothing today took my liking. I therefore took my two items and my gift receipts to ask for them to be returned and the balance placed on a gift card. I was informed by the store manager that a gift receipt would not allow exchange onto a gift card. I therefore called the person who had brought me the gift to get the original receipt (which is frankly embarrassing) however the manager then informed me - even with the actual receipt the exchange could only be put onto a Zara voucher (not a gift card) and that the store do not stock vouchers over the Christmas period intentionally. The worst of it is that they put their poor staff on the frontline having to deal with the awful policies management make - which shows how little respect they must have for their customers and their staff.

Be prepared to queue up to pay for 20 mins. Individual staff are good, but store is not well organised. And certainly not customer focussed

Brighton Zara, shop clean and tidy but service one of the worst experiences. Saturday before Christmas and only two staff on the main ladies wear till both held up with online sales refunds. Radioing for manager to put in codes. Took 5 mins for manager to arrive and then further time dealing with both customers. Not a single acknowledgment from manager or staff re wait time and the ever increasing queue; actively avoided eye contact. The manager served me and scrunched up a £50 jacket, when I said ? that?s okay, I can fold it? she replied there?s no need to be like that. I was quite taken aback as I had not said it unpleasantly as often offer to do this when staff are busy. I was a fashion retail manager for 14 years and would definitely say this team needs training. Real shame as such potential with the store, product and location. I found the staff on children?s wear much more helpful.
