Very professional and knowledgeable.I wasn't able to visit for a few years due their opening limitations during lockdown and my working hours.One of my visits coincided seeing an relative and friend. Im happy that no one seemed to mind a hug as we all have been through such a hard time during the pandemic... “Went into the HSBC branch in Eastbourne to try to set up access to the HSBC app.I haven't been able to do this near home as all my local HSBC branches have stopped trading.Lewis came over to me to see if he could help.The lad was absolutely fantastic, he was so patient with me, even when I was losing mine.He was with me for an hour helping me.Message to management look after him, he is good.”
