Had to leave as the air conditioning was on full and it was freezing.I complained and was told tough its not going off.Then was told if you don't like it go outside ,how rude is that.Not a nice betting shop.Cant recomend.

Some staff are good, other's not.Rude lady behind the till always having a go at customs telling them they (Stink) also saying it about the staff when talking to other people in the shop.Shop run down and needs a make over.

Mark,in particular, vicious, nasty fat and lazy, the rest about the same.! Never got money to pay out, he treated an old woman there last week with contempt.He bullied her,it was disgusting, I would fire him,no wonder he only earns £7.62 an hour.!! No aspirations, no brain,cowards.
