Rude, complacent, unorganised and just do not care at all! The worst pharmacy in Sussex. They never ring when their supplier runs out of medication, instead they hand you back the prescription and tell you to go elsewhere.They refuse to answer any of their three phone lines, citing that they are a busy pharmacy if you complain.If you love passive aggressive encounters and unreliability then this is the pharmacy for you.The pharmacist will also promise to keep your meds in supply by keeping some to the side?!

Went there to the pharmacy this morning as I had forgotten to bring my medication with me whilst on holiday for a few days in Eastbourne. The pharmacist was super helpful and managed to sort out my tablets to get me through till I get home. Thank you so much to her. She was so friendly and reassuring. It made all the difference.

Went there this morning to speak to someone in the pharmacy department about a problem with my eye .The young lady I spoke to was very attentive kind and helpful. Recommended some eye drops.Very pleased with the service I received. WELL DONE BOOTS at the Crumbles. H

This Boots is always very well stocked, clean and tidy, with staff available to help when necessary. If your unable to find what your looking for staff are always willing to help, whether it?s checking stock in other stores and phoning them to confirm. The pharmacy in Boots is the best one in Eastbourne as you can get emergency prescription medication when everywhere else is closed.
