“Home section have broken shelf and went into my neil when I am trying to pick up something. Neil was blooding.Spoken with one of the staff. She said I will have a look and went away. Waited few mins and she did not come back do anything.Asked second staff and require to speak with duty manager. When I am try to tell where is the broken shelf. Staff said we know where is it.Manager was professional and offered first aid.If you all know where is it why not put sign or type to warn the customers.”

“Fairly large store with a good range of clothes. Men's section is limited but they do stock decent sizes. Able to purchase XXS clothing here which is a great. Seems to be incredibly rare to find a shop that sells XXS despite virtually all stores stocking XXL and more.”

“Wanted a new set of windscreen wipers. Very helpful and welcoming staff on the tills paid to have them fitted and expected a delay as all the fitters looked busy but was seen immediately. The fitter knew what he was doing and fitted in less than five minutes. Great customer service and definitely will go back there again. Highly recommended.”

“Have shopped at Bonmarch'e for quite a few years & have always found the products good value for money. Had to return a couple of things last week(22/06/18) and the staff were very accomodating. One of the items I was exchang wasn't on the shop floor. So a member of staff went up to the stock room & brought one down for me. Nice touch of customer service.”
“My wife had ordered a outfit fir daughters wedding online from Phase Eight. We were in Eastbourne so tried the store. They had the dress part and fascinator in stock . Staff knowing she gad ordered online were extremely helpful. After we left an email arrived stating fascinator out of stock . We simply returned to the store and brought a stock one of the same item there from an again extremely helpful friendly knowledgeable assistant.”
“Our first stay away since lockdown and it exceeded all our expectations. A lovely warm welcome on arrival. Even their lovely poodle came to greet us. Room was delightful with attention to detail. Clean crisp sheets, comfortable bed and lovely new en suite. Mini fridge with milk and plenty of tea and coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and a menu with plenty of choice. Would certainly stay there again with the bonus of being next the beach front.”

“Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”
“Ok so I'm new to the wonders of JD Sports. My boy now seems to be into his branded clothes and shoes. Thankfully their offers and deals are pretty constant. It's the Only place you can get Nike air force ones locally too.”

“Friendly and very efficient service today from a staff member when I bought a RFID Document Wallet, which turned out to be the last one in stock when I went back for another.
