“Best local shop we have had in this premises for many years. It has a great range of sophisticated produce, lots of tasty (too tasty) fresh bites lots of fresh veg and great prices. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their job but it can get busy at peak times. I guess that is because it is so convenient. Become a Co-Op member and get some unbeatable deals.”

“Nice little shop nice and cheap friendly shop keepers apart from this lady who tells me off for bringing my scooter in because I don’t want anybody stealing it but I’m only 10! But the Indian man is kinda friendly just a bit grumpy only the other shop keepers are nice apart from them two”

“Tesco seems to have upped their game by selling many varieties of food products different to competitors. Their fresh salad bowls are cheaper than some other grocery stores, and they last longer too. I can recommend Tesco Sourdough bread .Good parking area, Toilets and cafe within. Could be a better selection of clothes. Some electrical goods, and soft furnishings.”

“I come to this store daily and love the service. I have to admit I do fancy some of staff but at list I am honest. They are a good team there and the manager works hard.”

“Really friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Usually enough choice and product availability to do a 'full shop' but at a 'local' store, rather than having to travel to the bigger supermarket store outside of town.”

“?Very well presented shop, with foods from all over Europe. The owner and the staff are very friendly and always there to help. If you want something special to buy, that's your shop.”

“Great shop. But the toilets always smell bad and are not cleaned very well. Always leaking around the boys' toilets wet floors. Make sure you use an antibacterial hand wash whe finished.”

“Tesco express in Grove Road, is my local supermarket. The staff are all excellent, with special recommendation for Rebecca, whose smiling countenance is, unfortunately, currently hidden by the by the mandatory face mask. But when lockdown is over, we can get back to the customary smiling faces and excellent service.”

“I’m Puzzled as to why!!? The Tesco boss has said to have this store open until 11pm again! Where would we be for shopping, if it wasn’t for all these hard working members of staff. Every Thursday, I am clapping for all the workers, who are still having to work throughout this current lockdown climate. Please Mr Tesco Boss, at least let your Tesco Express Shop still close at 10pm each day. Have a heart for your staff & act on this message...”

“Staff are very warm and friendly, much much more so than other branded stores locally.Fantastic new refit, good range of quality stock, my only hope is for an increase in plastic free packaging.”

“Not the greatest selection of products but it is convenient as no supermarkets nearby. There's a singular self service checkout to the left of the main counter.”

“This M\\u0026S is part of the petrol station and so is fairly limited, but has a good selection for the size of the store. There's also a customer toilet which often isn't the case in petrol stations that are in the vicinity of a town.”

“It's a great place if you live next door and you need to pop out quickly ,or around the corner. They do put there prices up seems daft when it's same company. I am glad it's there. Its good too because at night they close the door and let people in who they want too because people are pinching. Us you need to be careful . They have packed a lot into a small shop. I dont think we could be without it now.”

“Very useful store and very friendly staff, on occasions car park congestion late afternoon. Tight for a wheelchair but can be done. Fresh bread and cakes. Close by Gentlemen’s Hairdresser and an excellent family butcher. A cafe in the square too”

“Absolutely amazing staff. My son loves going in to my local Tescos just to chat with one of the ladies that work there! She’s so friendly and always takes the time to talk to him and make him feel special! I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and making my sons day today!!”

“Great place to get your essentials for the train journey. Great selection, as per Alan King's comment about playing £1 for tissues. Boo-hoo such a big baby. If you didn't want to pay for them; then dont. Whsmith has always been quite expensive; no differences there. You probs spend more money on your food etc then what you buy at the WHsmiths. Everyone else; ignore the negative comments. Shops at train station are always gonna cost more, ie coffee places.”

“Good sized One Stop store in a handy location. There is limited parking spaces outside but they are free which is handy. Prices are high but that's to be expected in a convenience store. One Stop are owned by Tescos so you will often see similar deals to Tescos though.”
