Friendly team, but the triple foam wash is very poor, the foam jets hardly work and having paid extra for that I'm not getting what I paid for.

Haven?t used it for ages after being disappointed previously but thought would give it a try as hoped would be betterPaid £12 for pro wash, wheels still dirty and dirt marks still on front and back of car.Goto Langney shopping centre much better value for money.Silly me for giving them another chance.Yes you can get special offer but marks are left on cars including mine. Rubbish. Paid £13 and all over my car are places where it hasn?t been cleaned properly. Wouldn?t use this one again.

The car wash is pretty decent but the guys running it couldn't be less interested and the pre-clean they do before you enter the wash is ineffective. I only use it when the weather has been bad and it's too cold to go out and clean by hand so for an every now and then clean, it does the job.

Cheap and cheerful but they didn't have anybody in to do a valet, the car was still dirty after a pre-soak and triple shampoo, and the attendant was rude and rather than asking what service I want, he told me what service I was going to get. Would not go again.

I have had my wheels damaged here due to a loading error caused by the operator there. I filled out a claims form on site and also contacted their customers services team as requested who said it wasn?t their problem and I?d have to deal with the car wash directly due to it not being a machine error but an operator error.I spoke to the car wash manager a week ago and he said that he is going to try and get the company to pay for the damages and that he would call me back the next day. I have had no contact since so I contacted their customer services team again who responded a week later informing me that the manager has said he refuses to pay for the damages caused and I?d need to claim through my insurance company. My excess on my car insurance isn?t worth putting a claim in, it would cost me less to just pay to get them done at a bodyshop.This is actually the second time that this has happened, the reason I even went back after the first time was because of all that time ago when it originally happened, they dealt with it well and paid for the wheel to be refurbished then. I think because I?m a young driver he knows my excess is going to be high and that it wouldn?t be worth it to go through insurance.The operator on site tried to tell me that it?s because I have really low profile tyres? but they should be able to accommodate that and if not just tell me so I can go elsewhere.As you can see, both of my wheels on the drivers side have been scraped clean all round due to the loading error on the belt, that moves you forwards through the car wash. They originally tried to tell me it was curb rashing but I don?t think anyone would genuinely believe that looking at the wheels, these are photos on site after the car wash and you can see clearly from the shavings on my tyres and the bits hanging off my wheels it had just happened.Service: Auto detailing

Usually pretty busy. Above average price. Friendly staff, pretty colour foams but not really the best clean. Wheels and rear of vehicle, plenty of bits missed.

I have not been here for a good while, cos last time I went, it was trash, I decided to give it whirl see if things had improved.Nope, its still trash, apart from the new scratch I have collected on the second visit, I paid for an HD wash, twice now, and am in no doubt this crew are shortchanging me/us; there was no wax in the wash, let alone the other stuff such as the pro shield or ultra HD sprays...and yes I have been to numerous IMO washes so I know what the end result should be and how it looks and feels.The first time, I thought it was me; maybe I had made a mistake, but I was sure there was no wax, pro shield or HD coating. How do I know?Well, the first giveaway is the fact the blower does not dry most of the car, this is because there is no beading, so the water does not blow away as well; and I checked once outside, there is absolutely no beading on any part of the car, so the next thing you get is a ton of water stains, also, usually the wipers will squeak when wax type coating is applied, so I usually wash the windscreen afterwards, when I get home for example if you don't, the wax builds up on the screen, well, there is no squeaking, no beading, no buildup, that is because there is no wax on the screen, cos there was no wax in the finishing cycle.So, I took my car to another IMO last week, got an HD wash, and hey presto, just what I expected, it dried much better, with very few water stains and the rain/water beaded on the car and you could see the effect of the wax/proshield/HD coat on the windscreen.I was in the area this morning and decided to give it another go; after all, I accept it may have been a temporary thing, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It was just the same as the last time, no beading, no shine, and full of water stains, so I am in no doubt IMO Eastbourne is cheating its customers and has been conning folks, giving them a triple foam level wash when they have paid for a more expensive one.I will never return and am making a formal complaint to HQ.My advice, avoid it.

Now the worst car wash in Eastbourne. I've been happily using this IMO for a few years but the quality has massively deteriorated recently. The "pre-wash" is so short that they might as well not bother, wheels aren't cleaned effectively and cars came out dripping wet today, not just mine but every car, so the vacuum dry at the end clearly isn't working. I then had to clean the car again when I got home due to the wax splashing all over my paintwork while driving back. Abysmal.
