The 2 ladies in here were so unbelievably helpful to my Dad today when he asked for help regarding flu. They made time to help him out and I?m really grateful, as is he ! Great service and really kind !

Could not be nicer or more helpful. I regularly collect my inhaler from them, and drop off the empties. Always have time to help. Recently asked about an upset stomach and one of the Pharmacists came to help me and made some helpful suggestions so I am very contented with this branch.

Just noticed the registered team member has left their own 5 star review! Can head office look into this please.I feel stressed and fatigued having to even deal with this branch.Very unprofessional and need further training on how they communicate.Passive aggressive employees. Really do not like going in to the "druggists".Unknowledgeable and refused to place my husband on the flu jab waiting list.Always messing up my meds. Always telling me conflicting information. Saying this after 30 years in senior health care.I have never felt compelled to write a review before.

I don't often write reviews, but the attitude of staff here was so poor, I felt compelled to. I was trying to take pressure off the NHS by going to see the pharmacist first, and was dismissed out of hand and told to go see my GP, for something that they should be able to handle. Incredibly poor service. Unless you're collecting a prescription, avoid avoid avoid...

Home delivery of medications just doesn't work no matter how many call phones I make. I call my clients doctors to send prescriptions to Kamsons Meads. Ther receive them and still don't deliver medications for my client. If they don't have specific medication, they don't contact the patient's doctor to tell that. Just don't include it in the order. How horrid and disrespectful it is.

Atrocious pharmacy. Rude, aggressive and incompetent also breaches guidlines of equality acts and some team members have severe attitude problems. Also fails gdpr, duty of care and current governmental h&s guidelines.Let alone pharmaceutical OTC directives.Avoid.

When I came to live in Eastbourne, the Meads branch was the nearest to me and the staff's advice and helpfulness were exemplary. I don't often post reviews but I have received over and above good customer service here, from the actual pharmacists and sales assistants. I needed antibiotics recently; my doctor sent the prescription through at around

Kamsons in Green Street is a very efficient & friendly chemist. I visit every month for last 6 years. They have really helped me, including pointing out if I'm paying for 3 regular meds per month it would be cheaper for me to purchase an prescription prepayment certificate (PPC) about £100 per year, which saved me a lot of money.

Incompetent, rude and dissembling. On 4 separate occasions in a 9 month period they failed to order or only part-ordered a repeat prescription from my Doctor's surgery, an option they offered me when I first approached them when I moved to Eastbourne and one that my previous chemist in Brighton, Boots, discharged faultlessly on every occasion over a 2 year period. When I had the temerity to ask Kamsons why this mundane task appears beyond their field of competences, they dissembled and refused to acknowledge the question, rather than admit and apologise for their continued mistakes. I would not recommend this chemist for anything more complicated than a purchase of aspirin.
