I feel sorry for the new manager as some of the carers are total liars and sadly MANY MISSED CALLS so she will have her hands full trying to sort the liars out. Absolutely shambles off a company.Ask the basic needs for a family member and they fail to meet his basic needs, 1 day he had the same carer come on 3 occasions. Morning,lunch and tea time ,and the only food and drink that was given was 2 X toast and a coffee.Please don't up use them.
