“I had to get a flat bed trolley for compost, but as usual the trolley wouldn't go where I wanted it to go. I had to drag it. So asked staff if I could leave it by the till, whilst I collected other bits. Staff were very good, and helpful. Collected the rest of my purchases and paid for everything. I could have asked for help getting back to my car but chose not to, as was quite busy in the store.”
