So asked staff if I could leave it by the till, whilst I collected other bits. Staff were very good, and helpful. Collected the rest of my purchases and paid for everything. I could have asked for help getting back to my car but chose not to, as was quite busy in the store.”

“I called in to arrange someone to measure my 2 bed cottage, Gary agreed to follow me back there and then. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. I went back with him to the shop and he helped me select an off cut that would work for the kitchen and a carpet for stairs and one room that would match with what I already had.They understood that I was under a financial and a time restraint and the carpets were fitted at an excellent price, very quickly (about a week) which was exceptionally good considering the kitchen floor needed an awful lot of preparation/drying time before laying Lino.I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.”
