I went in a few weeks ago a lovely young lady asked me if I needed help which I did customer service couldn't fault her. went in again today quite few people in there sales assistant different to last time was clear on private call took no notice of any of us carried on talking until we went to till. she asked her caller to hold whilst I paid she wasn't the slightest bit interested such a shame won't be going in that one again
