The staff in Robert Dyas Hastings have always been helpful, courteous and friendly and today was no exception. A quick call to the shop to check they had something in stock before I ventured out ensured that my journey would not be wasted. The Assistant Manager, Chris could not have been more helpful and I just wanted to make mention of this fact, because I wish more people in the world were a bit like him!

I have visited this store many times and on every single visit I have been pleased with the service. Whether they end up having what I?m looking for or not, pretty much all of the the times they do, the staff have been brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and leave you feeling more positive than you did entering. Haven?t been to many other Robert days stores to compare but I don?t remember my experiences being quite a great as this store.Definitely recommend. Even if they don?t stock what you are looking for they try to help if they can.

Fantastic service. Brought a Hyundai electric leaf blower, vacuum. Really pleased with the product, works very well. Great value for money, would recommend to anyone. Product is exactly as it says, if not better.
