This is a brilliant example of regeneration in my hometown that has achieved way more than it set out to do. This 9 storey building (previously named Rothermere House!!) Was an unloved eyesore in a strategic location on one of the key routes into Hastings Town centre and also at one corner of the Trinity Triangle/America Ground area of Hastings central business district.A far sighted social entrepreneur (Dr Jess Steele OBE) who has already saved Hastings Pier from dereliction bought the building as a way of preventing gentrification in the area driving up property prices and forcing locally routed members of the community out.The subsequent development has delivered 9 floors of live/work space that has occupancy approaching 100% most of the time.I run my businesses from Rock House and am fortunate to he able to call Rock House home.

Lovely co-working space, a great team running it and an incredible vision for Hastings!

The best co-working space in Hastings. Bustling, full of creative people, and with a basement cafe area for lunchtime sustenance. A real creative industries hub with filmmakers, artists, producers, developers and even a record label.
