“Had wonderful service from your colleague Marie on Tuesday. She was covering the self serve desk around 4.30pm. I got a rescan and had to do a full scan as two packets of something were stuck together so had only been scanned once. My daughter has broken her wrist and I have had my vaccine jab which I had a really bad reaction to so we were both struggling anyway. Marie kindly took us to a spare till and helped process the whole shopping with such loveliness and cheer. She realised how I was feeling and really went that extra mile. I even forgot my pin due to my poorly state and she was patient and kind and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at my ditziness!
