Stuart was fantastic, warm and friendly and persuaded me to buy the more expensive Benjamin Moore paint. I?m so glad he did. This paint practically climbs out of the tin and applies itself. Lovely paint. Lovely shop. Thank you.

I arrived at 5 minutes to closing which is never the best time to look for assistance, so I didn?t try and just quickly chose what I thought was needed. Nevertheless assistance was offered and I received the best and most knowledgeable customer service I have encountered in a long time. The salesperson advised me on the proper application of the product and calculated what quantities I would need to buy. Having wandered lonely through many home improvement stores recently without even encountering a member of staff, I was both surprised and impressed. I will now make Brewer?s my first stop for any decorating needs. (Sorry I first mistakenly posted this review on the Brighton store?s website if anyone notices a duplication. Actually they had been helpful too when I phoned them earlier in the day, so they probably deserve their five stars as well)
