Reduculous opening hours. 2 members of staff to man an entire bank? Very poor service.

Attempted to apply for an account for my son online. Couldnt because of error told to find nearest branch. Went to branch (only open 9am-3:30pm), waited from 2:55 to 3:25, staff finally appeared and im told i have to book an appointment to apply. Earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. 3 weeks later went in at 2:55 again (earliest we can get there as they were advised). Waited again until 3:15 then quit. Pathetic, shouldnt be this hard.

Incompetent , I was asked what I wanted to do by 'Front Desk' person,was aware of what I needed to do, told I had to go to counter, so waited 20 minutes to do so, only to be told by teller, and then the Front Desk person that I had not got enough proof of who I was. Virtually escorted out of the place as there was another poor customer in the queue probably ready to be disappointed with service too. Grim.

What can I say? Well I?m sure everyone of us had good and bad experience when it come to sort of problem with the bank. I came to this branch to sort out my LPA to someone I?m looking after, and with all the documentation and question that need to be ask and sort out by member of staff, which in this case her name is Sharon, I?m so please the efficiency and how she showed the important of the costumer/ client . She help me with all the things that I need and giving me some advice too. Thank you Sharon and to keep up the good work.

That's not really fare to wait 10 minutes, as there were only one young lad on his own. The amount of money we do get charge from bank its it's too high but the services we do get its very poor. It's rip of basically....

I can't really believe for this, two cashiers are working and very slowly. However, as they don't care about customers , that how long the customer have been waiting really. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get served and also there were no body was been waiting in the queue....ð???ð???ð???

Staff were extremely unhelpful,the whole atmosphere was strange,i now go to the branch in Western Road where they are much more helpful and knowledgeable.
