After reading the bad reviews I was a bit nervous of taking my car here but I did as my cars seats had gone a bit mouldy. I paid £40 which was a bit more than I had hoped but they did a very good job that I was happy about. My car didn't want to start at the end of it, I knew the car had been struggling to start recently due to lack of use. One of the guys really kindly jump started my car for me which I was so grateful. Only 4 stars as some of the guys could have been a bit more friendly but overall I can't fault this place from my visit and would recommend.

Awful place. Avoid like the plague. They tried to scam my friend by asking for £50 for a basic clean before dropping down to the usual £25. They also stole between £13-17 in cash from the car. Furthermore, the behaviour of male staff is appalling and inappropriate they made my friend feel so uncomfortable with repeated looks and comments. Ladies please avoid this place for your own safety and to avoid higher charges for just being a woman. This is not a business it is a scam.

Just came back from there - had a mini valet - not too bad but the boot had not been touched and really needed a vacuum. £30 - I went for a coffee but I should have stayed to keep an eye on what they did. Also tried to phone them but line cuts out. Won't be going there again.

Had been going here for 3 months every Sunday. They always made a nice job in & outside of my car, was very disappointed 3 weeks ago the next day to find my very expensive Oakley sunglasses had gone from my glove compartment the worst thing was someone had taken the glasses out of the box & put the box back hoping i would not notice,Complained later that afternoon spoke to the assistant manager gave him my phone number & he told me he would pass it on to the relevant manager as to date I've heard nothing.It's a real shame that the trust has gone , so I will not be going back there, because someone is light fingered and they obviously don't care

Staff need to get trained in customer service.....smile, be polite, ask the customer what they would like. I had to point out obvious areas where they have missed cleaning properly, even though I had already asked them to pay particular attention to certain really problem areas. I am going to buy a cordless vacuum (£25-50), as £25 is a rip off for such sloppy service/standards.

I have used these guys before, but turned up today and even though they advertise £25 for external and internal clean, they said they had to charge extra as the car was ?too dirty?.I really didn?t like there attitude, so I left and will avoid in future

Paid a premium price but got a premium service. Went in for a wash and paint work refinish, mop and polish. The guys worked for three hours to do the job and considering my Audi A5 black metallic car is 15-years old, it now Looks like it?s just been re-sprayed. My car looks absolutely amazing and they had a previous bad polish attempt to remove from the lacquered finish. I am so chuffed with the results. Turned a few heads driving home too. Don?t go. Crooks trying to overcharge, do a substandard job, and steal your cash!I wanted and exterior and interior clean for £25. The guy had a look at the inside and said it would need a mini valet for £30 as it was too dirty. It wasn?t, it just had the usual floor bits that accumulate over time, nothing too crazy that wouldn?t be picked up with a hoover. I don?t even have floor mats to wash but I just said that?s fine anyway. I came back and another guy tried to charge me £35, which I refused. I then checked the car and the quality of the job wasn?t great, so I asked them to redo a couple of bits. Someone also stole the coins I had. Not much value wise, but still completely not ok. The guy said no one took the money but then gave me the equivalent money back.

Quick and efficient. I went without booking and got good service. Minor thing the soap on the top was not fully cleaned and left a bubble marks when dried. I think it was the exception as they were quite busy. God value for money too

Absolutely diabolical!!! I paid for a mini valet and didn't get the finish as advertised...another lady next to me the same service but got her mats cleaned and dried.It's a shame as I had another appointment to get to otherwise I would have stayed and pointed all dirt still in the car.The customer service is utterly rubbish and the job is not well done for the price you pay for. The interior cleaning is masked by polish.Never again!!! Go somewhere elServices: Polishing

Despite a various mixed reviews I took the car for a wash and wax £13 in a good hope. They were not busy and I was straight in, yet I was glad to be gone from there, as it was all very rushed and loud. The quality of the work is questionable as there were dirt marks all over and an old dry bird poo still on the freshly washed car. The area below the car doors was not even touched. Disappointing, I won't come back.
