Awful. I?ve stop buying online,as I really don?t have the time to work around such a meagre timetable and when you are there only one member of staff and a long queue of people.Royal Mail, stop being so tight.

Horrible service, after they left red card for missing delivery l called them more than 10 times each waiting time 30 min to 60 min no one answer ,than l changed my address to my local shop so they can leave the parcel there still l m getting red card delivery will be next day ,l wonder have they realise people are working in this country they can't sit and wait all day for them. Unbelievable

Don't deliver parcels, don't collect either, Booked a redelivery 4 times and NO ONE came to deliver it... Rest assured this well be reported multiple times untill a change happens, don't want to work get another job

Got there at the time stated on there website only to find it was closed and to come back later.Then went back on the website later on to find out it had been updated shame they didn't do it earlier would have saved a wasted journey.

They've changed the opening hours to what is listed here, the phone number doesn't work, and I've just been charged £8 for RM handling.... handling what I've had to pick the package up you clowns

They?re lovely folks but as of today July 10th they?ve updated their opening hours via sign on their door and neglected to update their hours on Google (I?ve initiated an update now)Imagine my delight arriving at 10:05am because Google lists them as opened til 12 noon ?

Arrived in the morning with a tracking number and card. told the parcel not at the depo and await re delivery today despite tracking saying at the depo. Wait for postman. No package. Go back to the depo. Supposed to be open until 18:00 arrive at 14:00 ?closed due to operational issues?

Why does Hove depot close in the middle of the working day (midday) on Mondays, when it closes at a practical time on all other weekdays? There is no apparent or logical reason. It's totally inconvenient, inconsistent and not good enough.

God almighty where to begin. Last three parcels, I rebooked my missed parcels to go to a post office, as they can't ring the doorbell when I'm in and WORK FROM HOME.First two parcels, they completely ignored my instructions to deliver to the post office and just attempted to redeliver to the address without any red cards left the second time. Absolute garbage.Latest one? No card left at all and can't book a redelivery as the code works on eBay and doesn't work on the website.............I now have to pick up all three from this stupid Depot that opens about three hours a day because Royal Mail don't know what the hell they're doing!

Via Google Maps. I just needed the Local Number for Local People ? To speak to the Hove Depot Post Master? not this 0345 ?? A call centre in a far off land and he says hello over and over, 20mins on hold for that, I give up. I'm a chronic pain patient so I'm now forced to write to the postmaster as I can't walk, and I don't know if I'd even be able to see him/her/they/them :(

Easy to get too, and very helpful friendly staff. They are always quick and efficient. I am certainly very happy with their service.
