Regarding menopause help I can only say I have had a very positive experience and have been listened to and prescribed the hormones I needed. I know a lot of women have issues with this stage of life and appear to be routinely offered anti depressants instead of the hormones they are lacking. I saw a review from another patient who was unhappy about the prescription team if they think the surgery is that bad then maybe they should think about changing surgery?s. I have had no problems with the surgery or the prescription team especially Debbie who has made things so easy for me to get my meds. Thank you all for the good job u do. Bless the NHS u are what we need.

I?d give it zero if I could. Worst surgery ever and looking to moveEdited to add***Refusing an appointment to help with my diabetes even though I am high risk in pregnancy. Rude midwife who made unnecessary comments about my age. Have made complaints before and no one ever gets back to me. Only when I write a review does someone feel it fitting to comment

It?s true to stay it can be difficult to get an appointment at the surgery but I?m sure it?s the same everywhere? but I wanted to give a shout out to Lauren who I?ve dealt with on several occasions now, she is excellent! Always polite, professional and very helpful.

Needed a GP as it's been quite a few years since I went and I had a backlog of medical and mental issues, and got registered straight away and had my old prescriptions prescribed right away.The only issues I've had is I've been given the wrong date for phone appointments twice now and one receptionist in particular wasn't the best for general feedback.She said things along the lines of "I don't know why you are even coming here with those symptoms.. the doctor is just going to send you to the A&E" and "you're just wasting our time". The doctor didn't just send me to A&E nor said I was just wasting their time.I've also witnessed this one particular receptionist being a bit patronizing/rude to other patients.I haven't seen her in awhile, so perhaps she's on a much needed holiday.I understand the GP tries it's best and the staff maybe feeling stressed or overworked themselves and that can really draw a strain on one's mind, body & soul.My general experience here has been really good! Some issues, but we cant expect perfection. We are all only human afterall.

Very anxious for my blood test, needle phobia. Terry made my experience lovely, Terry makes you feel at ease, warm and friendly. Terry has a unique personality, and made me feel very relaxed. Terry is very good at doing blood tests. Would highly recommend Terry.

while waiting to be seen I overheard the receptionist dealing with a foreign man who clearly didnt understand much English. Instead of using an interprteter or at the very least, Google Translate she just repeated over and over that he needed to go somewhere else and tried to ignore him, hoping he would just go away.She treated him disrespectfully and I was sad to see this. He clearly needed help but was given none. After about 15 minutes of this excruciating exchange she finally called a colleague who directed him to the dentist's next door but didn't take him there. Goodness knoiws what happened to this elderly man.

Absolutely appalling healthcare here. The people at the practice have no empathy or understanding towards their patients. They consistently forget to ring you for phone call appointments THEY set, ask no follow up questions to e-consults, refuse to give in person appointments for serious medical conditions I have and instead always refer to me to 'self help leaflets'. The medical malpractice at this GP is unacceptable and I am honestly shocked that they have not been investigated for their treatment towards patients.

Poorly managed, appalling surgery. Having to take another case to the CQC due to their complete incompetence. Mistake after mistake. Refusing to help with simple requests.Given life threatening advice re medication. Changing medication without consultation. The list goes on. Whatever happened to patient care?

Very dissatisfied with the service. Mainly the reception team more than anything. Have lost so many things, blood tests ect. Arrived for an appointment to find that the receptionist hadn?t actually booked it. It?s very much a shambles, and the Mental Health services from this practice are really awful and patronising. This is people?s lives and well being they?re playing with

I registered just over two months ago. I found the process was super smooth. I?ve needed a GP appointment already and found calling in the morning after 8.15am as well as using the electronic appointment request easy and convenient.

The surgery overall is good and the doctors are very attentive.The reason for my 3 stars is the lack of people skills the male receptionist has over the phone. The last couple of weeks I have called the surgery at 8:15am most mornings to try and get my 8 year old daughter an appointment as she quite clearly had an ear infection. Every time I called, the male receptionist was rude and abrupt and told me her condition ?wasn?t enough for an appointment? I pleaded for her to be seen as my daughters earache was becoming increasingly worse. Finally this week my daughter was seen by the doctor (after speaking to a different receptionist) and immediately rushed to hospital and put on an IV drip due to her ear infection turning into Mastoiditis.I?m angry, upset but thankful as this could have taken a very different turn. I just hope this in particular receptionist doesn?t put any other parent in a similar situation to mine.I understand the NHS are struggling, but as a surgery receptionist, you have a duty to care and unfortunately he lets a good surgery down.

Can?t get an appointment ever.Still on waiting list 2 years later for somethingOnly here for convenience but can very rarely get a appointment. Phones always busy 100 calls to get through and the appointments have gone. E consult is very handy but it?s also nice to see someone as my symptoms aren?t available

This GP is the worst I?ve ever experienced. Waiting over an hour in there to be seen for my appointment. This happens all the time. Staff don?t listen when you speak - infect they spoke over me. Rude and unorganised and just an absolute shameless to be honest. The last straw just broke there on the phone. Trying to explain something and not being listening too if the final straw. WORST EVER AVOID
