Have been promised a phone call back within 48 hours....that was 11 days ago. The phone number given to me by the store is never answered. Seems like there is one member of staff who is on the ball. Unfortunately, they are on holiday.

Very poor service. Luke, who served me, is obviously in need of training - he had trouble in changing my sym card. On arriving home with my new purchase I discovered I was gaven me the wrong information and I was not helped in setting up my new phone. I shall not shop at Vodafone again.

Absolutely rubbish service. They have no idea what they are doing in there. My husband and I have had our phones cut off every month for the last 6 months and have to go back in store. And it still keeps happening!
They also refuse to give the number or contact details of a manager or someone higher up. I had never had such a frustrating experience with a phone network. Don't waste your time. Should have never moved from 3.

I have been trying to move to Vodafone for Broadband and Landline but they keep promising to get back to me but nothing. Very poor service.
