I regularly receive consistently safe, compassionate, flexible and professional as well as a timely, bespoke client service. And this is the case not just at times of just the routine prescription medicines monthly cycle flow, but also at times irregularities, urgent need for dispensation, requests for basic medical advice and creative solutions of unforseen problems. Delightful!

Very helpful, friendly and will be swapping from Lloyds to Wyborns for all my prescriptions. It's the worth the journey to come in from Ringmer.

I've been going to Wyborns for many years, through several changes of management, and have always found them totally polite, helpful and attentive. They usually have prescriptions ready before the suggested time and help me speed it up if necessary, letting me have some, if they are allowed, before the prescription has arrived. The latest new ownership promises to be just as helpful.

NOTE: My last post about wyborns was July-ish 2022 before the change in all staff.The PREVIOUS STAFF namely Victor was rude, judgemental and even nasty at times- he seemed to be on a power trip. Post covid he refused my medication because I didn't have a mask despite being exempt, so I had to pick a muddy one of floor which seemed to only fuel his nasty nature.The new staff are ? AMAZINGLY KIND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND OFTEN GO PAST CALL OF DUTY.I feel safe there now and content. They make me smile and feel happy when I leave. Plus they are efficient and treat everyone with open arms.i used to dread going there and now I'm happy if there's a wait as then I'm in there graceful company. Wyborns have never been better thanks to the new guy. I give them 11 out of 10 if I could xKeep up good work wyborns xx
