Needed a prescription filled for a small child. The staff were amazing although there is a national shortage of the medication prescribed the phone around locally and then less locally eventually finding the pharmacy in battle had it. Thank you you saved our holiday.

Closed on a Sat as apparently no pharmacist. Very frustrating as my prescription is sent there directly so now unsure how I'm meant to get my medication.

Nice place to go for football, a drink and entertainment. Good bar staff and worth a visit, bar and garden has been improved well. You can have a nice meal or snack for very reasonable prices. Love when they have music bands or singers as it's a great venue. There's also a market Wednesday morning 10 am to midday.

Terrible branch of Boots. You never know if it's going to be open. The once reliable friendly staff have all gone. You get a text to tell you your prescription is ready, yet when you go to collect they don't have it. They are so unprofessional. It would be better if they closed down altogether so the locals knew where they stand.

I?m sad to say that today I dealt with a very off-hand pharmacist at Boots in Rye. My mother had asked me to check something on her prescription. I asked the pharmacist a question (I would like to add I was very polite to her) and she spoke to me as if I was a total idiot. She had a very rude and impatient manner and even had the cheek to tell me wait until she?d finished telling me something before I asked a question!! What?s wrong with a smile and a bit of patience and understanding. Some customer service training would definitely be helpful for her. Usually the staff at Boots are utterly delightful and helpful and know and care for their regular customers.
