A little pricey, but just love the ambience of the Kino. So nice to watch a good movie in comfort !!

Seems to have stood the test of time, and is quite a comfortable cinema. Tuesdays are normally busy due to two for one offers and the coffee and drinks/snacks variety is quite good. They now do popcorn, which was a no-no when they first opened. First run films and they have a 3D capability for the two main systems. Now have a third screen, using what was a function/screening room upstairs, but as I've never used it, I can't comment.

Really enjoy the Kino and have been taking my grandson ever since he was big enough to sit on the booster seats supplied by the Kino. Love the special deal on Tuesday.

Just watched the latest Indiana Jones film in the Silver Screen - lovely comfy armchairs, good view of the screen, and with the Monday film deal, only £11.50 each. Only minor grumble is that the food and drink is very pricey (£7.00 for one bottled water and one apple juice). Other than that, highly recommended.

Great little cinema tucked away in Rye. Impressive screens and surround sound, not big, but mighty! Highly recommended.

Saw Oppenheimer here, film was brilliant. Cinema is very comfortable and free of louts probably due to the pricing, which I actually thought was quite reasonable considering the comfort of the seats. The screen and sound was perfect.

First off, be warned: they don?t have a popcorn machine. Instead, they sell you those twee bags made with too much plastic packaging and that aren?t even warm. When I asked the surly entitled employee behind the counter why a cinema doesn?t have a popcorn machine he said ?we didn?t even used to have popcorn, so this is as good as it?s going to get?. With that level of care pal, you?re never going to get paid beyond minimum wage, this is as good as your life will ever get. Then once we got to our seats we were treated to pre film infomercial (the ones that tell you to turn off your phone and not do anything gross) that lasted for about 5 minutes and looked like it was made on power point circa windows 95 and used ALL the transitions. This cinema is clearly not run by film people

One of the few places in Rye where you can sit outside for lunch. Good service, comfortable chairs, limited menu but well presented and tasty.
