Decided to try yoga after a total knee replacement. Approached Adam Magee as he was qualified and his classes seemed more dynamic than some of the others I looked at. Just got back from my third lessons and can’t recommend this enough! It’s definitely not easy at times but I really enjoy the challenge and feel loads better for it. Adam is super friendly and knowledgeable too! Worth every penny and looking forward to my next classes �
