“It's a decorating centre. The clue is in the name. It has a stock of paints, fillers, tools etc. The staff are very pleasant and they'll even let you take some items home if you give them money. I tried bartering but it didn't work too well I can only assume that those working during my visit had adequate supplies of dirty socks and part eaten smoked mackerel and rhubarb sandwiches as they politely declined my offer. I'm sure I'll return but only if I need decorating materials.”
