Generous with my stars.Used to be fine with this pharmacy.Over recent months probably around 6, every time I go to collect my prescription I am told it will be ready in half an hour. Do they think everyone is able to hang around for half an hour. I plan this around my work. I happen to be busy too!I now wait up to 2 weeks before going to collect and am still told come back in half an hour. This morning I was told that they were still dealing with prescriptions from the 28th Feb. Today is the 4th of March. My prescription was placed with the surgery on March 22nd.It is akin to the joke where someone clearing out the loft found a ticket for the local cobblers from 26 years ago. They took the ticket to the cobblers and the cobbler said that's amazing, 26 years. Let me check the ticket against the old stock. He came back and said you will not believe it I found the shoes!! They will be ready Thursday!!The shop has also had a leaky roof for what must be 2 to 3 years. Get it fixed. God knows what it is doing to the air purity in the shop for customers and staff alike. Or you could start growing orchids?

Have to wait outside for often 15-20minutes sometimes longer. Inside is small not easy with children . Staff often rude in their abrupt manner . Then told to come back in an hour to repeat the whole process again..Phone rarely seems to be answered

This moning I telephond the pharmacy to ascertian whether they had recieved my prescription from the surgery . I rang at 9.00am, the phone rang for a while was picked up and immediately put on hold, I have tried several times since and it is still on hold, the time now is 11.14am . In the meantime I have phoned the surgery who have no knowledge of my email sent on the 7th January for a steroid inhaler which I should not stop taking, (there has been an issue with the nhs website)!. The surgery will fill my request but it won't get there until this evening and will with luck be ready to be picked up tomorrow morning, I will let the pharmacy know this, if I am able to get through! The staff are all very helpful and charming, but they need a designated person to answer calls.

Well polite, Sometimes a little behind yet so is the surgery ,behind them ,,overall very pleasant team of Pharmacists, & staff alike ...can't fault them in these times.

Strange what some people consider poor service and therefore only worthy of one star. They obviously haven?t tried Morrisons pharmacy or they?d really know what bad service is. Everyone who has served me in Seaford Pharmacy have been respectful, professional and cheerful. Thanks for going the extra mile.

The pharmacy staff are doing their best under the circumstances and couldn't have been nicer every time I've been in there. Waiting times can be frustrating but the negative comments I've seen towards the staff are unnecessary. I'm grateful that they are there and continuing to provide as normal a service as possible in such difficult times.

Sorry but this place has lost the plot. You can go to a nightclub now, or a football match or on a cruise, but they are still making 90 year olds stand in the street, in the rain, waiting as they have a one in one out service. This pandemic has brought out the best, and the worst of practices and policy. This is the latter sadly. Not even any chairs for these people to sit on and a door that is heavier to move than a tank and always closed... Come on get some common sense back here please!

I agree with the rest of the reviews. Just awful service and the dumpy girl often behind the counter seems to think she's in charge of something. Avoid like the plauge and go to paydans up the road. They are great and do not make any mistakes.

Queued for just under an hour got to third inline only for a stroppy female staff member to pop her head out of the door. Shouting pharmacist going to lunch no more prescriptions come back at 2pm.queue was furious.I asked why someone could not have given notice of this she just balled back were busy,so I waited and went back at two only to be told pharmacist not back until 215 to 230 and if they did have prescription I would have to come back again after 330.I asked for my prescription took it to Cameron's ten minutes later I left Cameron's with everything ....avoid avoid seaford pharmacy
