After a very trying time with an Osmo product and having spent 5 days recovering the the decking to remove the paint that was an awful colour in my opinion due to a bad batch of paint and no help from Osmo customer service I returned it to Brewers Uckfield. The sales assistant by the name of Robin refunded the amount in full having asked me a few questions and seen the photos. It was an example of excellent customer service and I will be now retained as a loyal customer. Well done Brewers at Uckfield
