“The staff are THE nicest people! I can’t really afford to shop in Waitrose but I still go in there as the shop and people are lovely.I had a women (customer) harass and shout at me in the store and she wouldn’t leave me alone. The staff immediately stepped in and helped me and removed her, and then gave me flowers for the inconvenience! The customer service is amazing and they all deserve great feedback! X”

“Well I do not recognise the previous description. Tesco has been utterly brilliant during the first lockdown. Trolleys were cleaned for you. Social distancing was possible. The store was never over crowded. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. If I have one criticism that is there are too many items out of stock. I have just moved to home delivery for the second lockdown and that has been brilliant as well.”
