Wonderful Carers that truly do care. I have only been working for helping hands a little while, and it is my first time in this area of work, however I am so impressed with their level of care. They have Ade me feel so welcome and excited to be part of such a strong team.

I?ve been working for Helping Hands Eastbourne for a year now and I?ve never had a more fulfilling role. It?s never dull working in the community and meeting so many interesting customers with varying needs. Everyday is different and the training and support you receive from the office staff and other carers is second to none. I feel valued and happy. If you are looking to work in care or looking for some care for yourself, family member or a friend I would highly recommend Helping Hands.

GREAT. great company to work for. i recently started at helping hands and i really love what iam doing. ive never done care work before and wasn't sure if i would be able too. but the training support and help has been amazing, and this has allowed me to learn new skills and work with and help many marvellous people. i love this job. thank you helping hands for giving me this opportunity

I?ve had a lot of stress lately as my mother who?s 85 has very bad dementia and is struggling along with my dad who?s 87 and isn?t coping . I called the Eastbourne branch for advice , Hailey and the team where brilliant , gave me lots of information and some paperwork to show my parents . I explained about all the services that are available and my parents are coming around to the idea . As soon as I can I will be booking carers to help my parents .

Great company to work for. The team are caring and compassionate. Lots of incentives and supportive. Hailey and Chelsea are always very helpful if you need any advice. Training is excellent. Would highly recommend Helping Hands if anyone is looking for a rewarding career in care.

I have been working for Helping Hands Eastbourne branch since May and I love it! The clients are so friendly and lovely and I find the Eastbourne office really helpful and supportive. My life in general is very busy and as a committed Christian I have many church commitments, as well as my acting group, helping out with my elderly parents and being a single parent to three children. As you can imagine, there is a lot of juggling and balancing with work, but what I love about Helping Hands is that they took the time to get to know me as a person, and have done their best to try and adapt the work rotas around all of my commitments. The training is excellent and If ever I have a problem, they are always there to help and I can always get hold of them to ask questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in care work and enjoys helping to make a difference to peoples lives. Jacalyn Boyes
