Going to London to seeguys and dolls. Needed a place near debden. Found this absolute gem of a hotel. Rooms clean and comfy. Very boutique chic. Little treats left biscuits hot choc etc.marvellous.

Mother's day meal so at their busiest. However all of the young waiting staff were very polite & professional and went about their work with a smile. Food was very good with plenty of options despite a scaled down menu.Special requests were catered for without fuss. Main courses were so generous there was no room for dessert!Very nice experience overall

Had a lovely meal Thursday 29th Feb. Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our young waitress was very attentive and she knew her stuff, answering all our questions about the food without hesitation. We were all very impressed

Overpriced food, incompetent management, empty wall hooks on the wall in our room where art used to be (looked ridiculous), table was so wobbly that we couldn?t use it, blinds didn?t work, loose door handles, rain shower sprays every direction but down, too much street noise? 1 star is being generous.

I would go as far to say that the food was exceptional & all the staff delightful.We were a table of eleven & I initially thought the wait for starters was too long but what they were actually doing was making sure everyone's food arrived at the same time & was delivered by 3 yes 3 ! waiting people. The next 2 courses arrived promptlyIf I didn't live 70 miles away I would be a regular

Didn't go to spend the night there. Had a family gathering there before Christmas. The Christmas set menu was lovely. I'm going again next year.Food & drinks: Lovely food. Will go again.
