“Level access, queue outdoors sometimes because tiny shop with no aircon at rear(wheeled access may be awkward but possible). Even preCovid it was squashed. Good standard of help for simple jobs, brill for sales, complex account changes they always tell you to go online. Elderly or non-tech people try the Bluewater branch for face-to-face help. It's a journey but they are good!”

“Great way to exchange my old games and take credit to put towards new ones- have been coming here for years now and cannot fault the service and friendly team. Only downside can be the queues if there are lots of people trading in a large amount. Was much better when there were separate queues in the old shop.”
