“I have to admit, I have visited Curry's Basildon, twice in the last few weeks and have found the customer service outstanding. Jackie, who helped us the first time buying a fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and a dish washer. We returned to the store today as unfortunately we were told by the builder of our new home, the incorrect size for the dishwasher so have a larger one being delivered on Friday. While we were there today, we looked at the tv's, spoke to Rob L. We ended up buying a tv and will be returning to see him in a couple of weeks, as we should have a moving date for our new build by then, and we will be buying a Sky product for our tv and he said he will also help us with Internet. Rob was so helpful and went above and beyond, he was so knowledgeable and friendly, a pleasure to be served by him. Please ensure he is rewarded for his fantastic customer service.”
