OMG if you want a ladies gym that is friendly and has a warm welcome this is the place to go. You work out to your own levels no pressure, Sam and all the staff on her team are friendly and great instructors. Also there are a variety of ages that work out. So please do come along and enjoy yourself.

It is an amazing place to come and work out. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They explained everything well and they are there if I need any help.
